OUR PROCESS

  •  First we inspect, video, and photograph the vehicle, to ensure that there is no damage. If we find any damage or potential problems which may interfere with the vinyl installation, we will let you know immediately without moving any further.
  • Next, the vehicle is moved to our wash-bay where we wash, clay bar and dry the car to remove any impurities using blowers and air compressors to ensure it’s entirely free from dust or dirt. This will help the vinyl to stick to the body panels of the vehicle and prevent it from peeling.
  • Then our head vinyl installer completes an inspection to see whether anything needs to be removed such as bumpers, headlights etc to achieve the best installation.
  • After this, we begin wrapping! This is done by applying large sheets of vinyl to the body panels of the vehicle and using specialist tools to ensure panels are covered properly. We NEVER cut vinyl directly on the vehicle!
  • After each panel has been laid, your vehicle will be super heated to ensure the vinyl won’t peel.
  • Last of all, your vehicle is given a final inspection by various members of our team and then it’s all yours!

Yes of course! Very easily in-fact and it does not leave any marks, residue or evidence of applied PPF.
When you have your vehicle wrapped, we take videos and pictures of all angles of the vehicle before doing anything to it, and record the entire wrapping process to give you peace of mind that no damage has occurred.
It is not difficult to maintain a vinyl wrap. Just make sure to avoid automated car washes and have regular maintenance washes at a place who know what they’re doing.
